Rako Hananoi Hotel

Front staff very good at explaining hotel ammenities and special fireworks viewable from our room. Also made extra effort to help us make taxi reservations for a very early checkout.Breakfast was delicious with so many options. Hot water for tea was ready when we first entered the room which made us feel well cared for.

Great breakfast. The location is incredible. They had a bike rental service, which allowed me to explore more of the area. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain what I needed to know.

Good dinner; nice onsen/rotemburo baths. Good buffet breakfast, lots of choice. Room facilities all good Inc WiFi, plenty usb sockets, fridge. Friendly service.

Everything was clean and the staff helped a lot. The pool and jacuzzi were good, and the Onsen was very nice.
